Privacy Policy

MiniAI (“MiniAI”, “we”, “us”) is operated by NostrCorp, Inc., a Delaware corporation. This policy explains what we collect when you use MiniAI at mini-ai.app, why, and the choices you have. In short: we keep things minimal. We don’t run ads, we don’t sell your data, and we never use your photos or content to train AI models.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign up we collect your email address (and, if you use Google sign-in, the basic profile Google shares). We use this to create and secure your account and to contact you about the service.
• Content you provide. The photos, images, text prompts and other inputs you submit to an app, and the results you generate. These are stored in your personal library so you can come back to them.
• Usage and analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP, and similar). This helps us improve MiniAI.
• Billing information. If you subscribe or buy credits, payments are handled by our third-party payment processor. We receive confirmation and basic billing details but do not store your full card number.

How we use your information

• To provide the apps — including sending your inputs to AI model providers to generate a result.
• To store your creations in your library and manage your credits and subscription.
• To secure accounts, prevent abuse, and comply with the law.
• To understand and improve the service through analytics.
• To send you essential account, security, and (if you opt in) product messages.

How your content is handled

Your uploads and creations live in your own private library and are visible only to you and to the systems needed to run the service. To generate a result, the input you provide is sent to the AI model provider that powers that app; they process it to return the output and under our arrangements do not use it to train their models. We store files with a reputable cloud provider (Amazon Web Services) in access-controlled storage.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell or rent your personal information.
• We don’t use your photos or content to train AI models.
• We don’t show third-party advertising.

Service providers we share with

We share information only with the providers needed to run MiniAI, including:

• AI model providers, to generate the results you request.
• Cloud hosting and storage (Amazon Web Services).
• Google Analytics, for usage analytics.
• Our payment processor, to handle subscriptions and top-ups.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to run the site, and Google Analytics cookies to measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may stop you from signing in.

Data retention

We keep your content for as long as your account is active or until you delete it. You can delete individual items at any time, or close your account to remove your data, subject to any limited records we must keep for legal, security, or accounting reasons.

Your choices and rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your information from your account, or by emailing us. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK or California), you may have additional rights over your personal data; we honor those requests. To exercise any right, contact artur@mini-ai.app.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including private, access-controlled file storage. No online service can be perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Children

MiniAI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we’ll remove it.

International users

MiniAI is operated from the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know.
