Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of MiniAI at mini-ai.app, operated by NostrCorp, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“MiniAI”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use MiniAI.

The service

MiniAI is a collection of small AI apps that create and edit images and handle other everyday tasks. Running an app spends credits. We add, change, and remove apps over time.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old (and old enough to form a binding contract) to use MiniAI.
• Provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us at artur@mini-ai.app if you suspect unauthorized use.

Credits, plans and billing

• Free credits. Free accounts are topped up to a monthly credit allowance. Free credits don’t stack beyond that allowance.
• Subscriptions. Paid plans include a monthly credit allowance and are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. Unused plan credits roll over while your subscription stays active.
• Top-ups. You can buy additional credits at any time. Purchased top-up credits do not expire.
• Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from your account; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and it won’t renew after that.
• Refunds. Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion. Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred.
• Price changes. We may change prices or plan details; changes apply to future billing periods and we’ll give reasonable notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use MiniAI to create, upload, or share content that:

• Is illegal, or sexualizes or exploits minors in any way.
• Depicts a real person without their consent — including intimate, sexual, or misleading (“deepfake”) imagery — or impersonates someone to deceive.
• Infringes someone else’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Is harassing, hateful, defamatory, or promotes violence or self-harm.
• Is fraudulent or intended to mislead others.

You also agree not to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content and the results you create

• You keep ownership of the content you upload and, to the extent allowed, the results you generate. You’re responsible for having the rights to whatever you upload.
• You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the service for you (for example, storing it in your library and sending inputs to model providers to produce a result).
• AI outputs are generated by third-party models and may be produced for other users too; we don’t guarantee they are unique. Model providers’ terms may also apply to outputs.

Third-party providers

MiniAI relies on third parties — including AI model providers, cloud hosting, analytics, and a payment processor — to work. Their availability and terms can affect the service.

Disclaimers

MiniAI is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. AI results can be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for a given purpose — you’re responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use them. We don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NostrCorp, Inc. and its team won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content or your misuse of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

You can stop using MiniAI and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and liability) will survive termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use MiniAI after changes take effect means you accept them.
